National Agency Refer a Friend

National Refer a Friend Program

Do you know someone looking to take on a Nursing role? Let us know and you could receive a $250 Gift Card, $250 Australian College of Nursing Course Voucher or a $250 RedBalloon Voucher when they work with us!

T&CS:

  • The ‘National Nursing Refer a Friend’ program runs from May 2018 – December 2018
  • The referred candidate must be a new candidate who is an Agency Registered Nurse, Midwife and Enrolled Nurse who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for Healthcare Australia or any of its associated brands
  • The referrer is eligible to participate in the ‘National Refer a Friend Program’ if:
    • The referred candidate mentions your name at the interview for our record keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
    • If the referrer is introduced via our website
  • The reward is offered once your referred candidate works 10 shifts within 3 months of starting work with HCA
  • The referrer must notify the consultant once the referee works 10 shifts within 3 months, so we can allocate the $250 Bonus
  • You must be working or have previously worked with us to be eligible to receive the referral
  • Subject to state participation. All 10 shifts must be worked in the same state (not a mix of states)
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • Defence and Rural & Remote Healthcare Workers are not eligible for this promotion
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
  • Only the referrer will be eligible to receive the incentive
  • The referrer will have the option to choose from a) $250 Gift Card b) $250 Australian College of Nursing Course Voucher or c) $250 RedBalloon Experience Voucher.

Rural and Remote Referral Program

Do you know someone looking to take on a Rural & Remote Nursing Contract? Let us know and you could receive a $500 Gift Card when they work with us!

Terms and conditions:

  • The Rural & Remote Referral Bonus will run from 12:00 AM 1/12/2017, with the final date to meet all campaign requirements being 11:59 PM 31/12/2018
  • The referred candidate must be a Registered Midwife (RM), Nurse (RN), Assistant in Nursing (AN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN), and a new candidate, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for Healthcare Australia or any of its associated brands
  • The referred candidate must mention your name at their interview for our record keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered

Support Workers referring Support Workers

Do you know a Support Worker who would like to work for us in our Disability Services, Child Safety, Youth Work, Mental Health, Welfare or Crisis Accommodation? Let us know and you could receive a $250 Gift Card!

 Terms and conditions:

Allied Health Professionals

Do you know a Nurse, Midwife or Clinical Coder who is looking for a full-time role in Australia? Let us know and you could receive a $500 Gift Card when the referred candidate starts working with us!

Terms and conditions:

  • The Refer a Full-time Nurse or Midwife campaign will run from 12:00 AM 29/08/2017 and 31/12/2018 11:59pm (AEST).
  • The referred candidate must be a new candidate, eligible to work as a Nurse, Midwife, Clinical Coder and Health Information Manager, who hasn’t been previously introduced to or worked for Healthcare Australia or any of its associated brands

  • You will receive a $500 Gift Card, once your referred candidate is placed into a permanent role and commences work successfully for 13 weeks or more

Onboarding October

Do you know someone looking to take on an agency Nursing (Theatre or ICU Registered Nurse) role this October?  Refer a friend in October and you both will receive 500 CA$H4HOUR$ pts ($500).

T&CS:

  • The ‘Onboarding October’ Referral program runs until 31st October
  • The referred candidate must be a new candidate who is an Agency Theatre or ICU Registered Nurse, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for Healthcare Australia or any of its associated brands
  • The referrer is eligible to participate in the ‘National Refer a Friend Program’ if:
    • The referred candidate mentions your name at the interview for our record-keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
    • If the referrer is introduced via our website, via phone or email
  • The reward is offered once your referred candidate works 10 shifts within 3 months of starting work with HCA in South Australia
  • The referrer must notify the consultant once the referee works 10 shifts within 3 months, so we can allocate the 500 CA$H4HOUR pts ($500)
  • You must be actively working with us to be eligible to receive the referral
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • Defence and Rural & Remote Healthcare Workers are not eligible for this promotion
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers

Joining Bonuses

^CA$H4HOUR$ – $750 Spring Join/Rejoin Bonus – Victoria only

Spring into spring – we need you!

Healthcare Australia’s CA$H4HOUR$ is an exciting rewards program where you can earn points (pts) and cash out when you reach 300 pts. 1pt equals $1 so the more hours you work with us, the more quickly you’ll be able to cash out your $300.

If you join/re-join with HCA before 31st December, you can earn 250 CA$H4HOUR$ pts per month. That’s a potential $750 available to you!

  • The incentive program runs in VIC ONLY from Monday 1st October at 12:00 am to 31st December 11.59am AEST 2018.
  • Excludes Rural & Remote and Defence employees.
  • Eligibility by staff with the following classifications: –
    • RN’s, RM’s, EN’s, EEN’s
  • Pts will be rewarded when you work in public hospitals, private hospitals, and aged care facilities
  • To earn the points you must work a minimum of 3 shifts per week within each 4 week period:
    • 250 points credited after the first 4 weeks
    • 250 points credited after the second 4 weeks
    • 250 points credited after the third 4 weeks
    • To earn the points you must work a minimum of 3 shifts per week
    • Shifts must be worked in consecutive months
  • You may cash in your bonus anytime within the specified timeframe once a minimum of 300 points has been accrued
  • Shifts must be worked in VIC
  • Candidate must be active and be working to claim CA$H4HOUR$
  • It is up to the candidate to let the consultants know that they have reached their 300 hours
  • All submissions must be made in writing to the relevant state:
  • Please remember that tax and super legislative requirements apply
  • All payments are at the discretion of HCA
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
  • HCA reserves the right to extend, change or end this promotion without prior notice.

Allied Joining Bonus

Bonus rewards are available to Allied Health Professionals joining between 01/02/2018 12:00am (AEST) and 01/02/2019 11:59pm (AEST).

Joining Bonus of $500 available to Allied Health workers who meet the following criteria:

Locum

  • Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
  • Work 8 weeks of Locum placements within the first 12 months of joining
  • Locum placements can take place at one or multiple facilities to be eligible for Joining Bonus
  • Can only be claimed once within a 12 month period
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion
  • Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion.

Permanent

  • Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
  • Take on a Permanent placement through Allied Health recruitment
  • Joining Bonus will be provided once the individual passes 3 months probation period
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion
  • Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion.

 

CA$H4HOUR$ August Re-join Bonus

Healthcare Australia’s CA$H4HOUR$ is an exciting rewards program where you can earn points (pts) and cash out when you reach 300 pts. 1pt equals $1 so the more hours you work with us, the more quickly you’ll be able to cash out your $300.

If you re-join with HCA before 1st of September, you can earn 250 CA$H4HOUR$ pts. Just work another 50 hours to cash out $300.

  • The incentive program runs in QLD & NSW from Monday 13th July 2018 at 12:00 am to Saturday 1st September 11.59am AEST 2018.
  • Excludes Rural & Remote and Defence employees.
  • Eligibility by staff with the following classifications: –
    • QLD – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s & AT’s
    • NSW – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s, EEN’s & AT
  • Pts will be rewarded when you work in public hospitals, private hospitals, and aged care facilities
  • You must work 10 shifts in QLD or NSW before Monday 31st December to earn the 250 CA$H4HOUR$ pts
  • You may only accrue points once your timesheets have been submitted
  • You may cash in your bonus anytime within the specified timeframe once a minimum of 300 points has been accrued
  • All hours must be worked in the same state
  • Candidate must be active and be working to claim CA$H4HOUR$
  • It is up to the candidate to let the consultants know that they have reached their 300 hours
  • All submissions must be made in writing to the relevant state:
