CA$H 4 HOUR$ – NSW & ACT Nurses Only

  • Available only in NSW & ACT.  Excludes Rural & Remote contracts.
  • Applicable to AT / EN / EEN / RN / RM.
  • This loyalty scheme runs from 1st January 2016 to 18th December 2016.
  • You may only accrue points once your timesheets have been submitted.
  • You may cash in your bonus anytime within the specified timeframe once a minimum of 500 points has been accrued.
  • All submissions need to be submitted in writing (cash4hours@healthcareaustralia.com.au) prior to 18 December 2016.
  • Candidate must be active and working to claim CA$H 4 HOUR$.
  • Please remember tax and super-legislative requirements apply.
  • All payments are at the discretion of HCA.
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Nurses referring Nurses

Do you know a nurse (RN, Midwife, EEN or Carer) who would like to work for us? Let us know and you could earn great rewards!

Call your local consultants on 1300 422 247 to find out what you could earn as part of the HCA Rewards, CA$H 4 HOUR$ or WA Voucher programs when you refer a health care professional.

If you are employed by HCA, you and your referred candidate could earn up to 5,000 HCA points (or 100 CA$H 4 HOUR$ points – NSW & ACT or $500/$250 Coles Myer Voucher – WA) should you both qualify.

Terms and conditions:

    • The referred candidate must be a new candidate, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for Healthcare Australia or any of its associated brands
    • The referred candidate must mention your name at their interview for our record keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
    • The reward is offered once you and your referred candidate work just 10 shifts within 3 months (2 months – WA) of their orientation through HCA
    • You must be an active employee at the time of making the referral, and also at the time that you and the referred candidate complete the required 10 shifts to be eligible to receive the reward
    • Subject to state participation. All 10 shifts must be worked in the same state (not a mix of states)
    • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
    • Speak to your local consultant to find out what you can earn by referring a healthcare professional
    • WA – $500 Voucher for a referee and $250 for the friend referred between 12:00 AM 01/10/2016 to 11:59 PM 31/12/2016

Rural and Remote Referral Program

Do you know a nurse (RN, RM, RAN or EN) who would like to work in a Rural and Remote role?

If you refer a friend to a Rural and Remote position, you could earn a $200 gift card. Call your local consultants on 1300 885 728 to find out more.

Terms and conditions:

  • The referred candidate must be a new candidate, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for Healthcare Australia or any of its associated brands
  • The referred candidate must mention your name at their interview for our record keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
  • Gift Cards are awarded on the new candidates’ successful completion of a minimum of 6 weeks working R&R contract(s)
  • Any active staff can be rewarded for referring an RM, RN, RAN or EN.
  • You must have worked for HCA within the past 6 months
  • Gift cards will be capped at $200 regardless of contract length
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA.
  • Contract of referred candidate needs to commence by 31st December 2017.

Carers referring Carers

Do you know a Carer who would like to work for us? Let us know and you could earn 4,000 HCA points!

Terms and conditions:

  • The referred candidate must be a new candidate, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for Healthcare Australia Community care (or any of its associated brands) or Randstad Care
  • The referred candidate must mention your name at their interview for our record keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the bonus not being payable
  • The bonus is payable once you and your referred candidate work just 25 shifts within 3 months of their orientation through HCA
  • You must be an active employee at the time of making the referral, and also at the time that you and the referred candidate complete the required 25 shifts to be eligible to receive the bonus
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA.
  • Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion.

Allied Health Professionals

Locum Allied Health Professionals

Do you know a Physiotherapist, Radiographer, Occupational Therapist or any other Allied Health Professional who would like to work for us? Let us know and you could earn 10,000 HCA points!

 Terms and conditions:

  • The referred candidate must be a new candidate, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for HCA Allied Health
  • The referred candidate must mention your name at their interview for our record keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
  • The reward is offered once your referred candidate works for more than 8 weeks with HCA within 12 months
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA Allied Health.
  • Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion.

 Permanent Allied Health Professionals

Joining Bonus

Nurses Joining Bonus

VIC Nurses only – Joining bonus available between 01/07/2016 12:00am (AEST) and 31/12/2016 11:59pm (AEST).

VIC Nurses receive 5,000 HCA Rewards points when you register and work 10 shifts with HCA within the first 3 months.

  • Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus.
  • Offer available to new and rejoining Agency Nurses. If you have been deactivated within the last four weeks of the campaign starting because your competencies weren’t up to date, you are not eligible to receive the bonus points
  • The reward is offered once you work 10 shifts with HCA within 3 months of joining/rejoining
  • Joining bonus only available for VIC Nurses
  • All rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion.
  • Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion.

Doctors Joining Bonus

Bonus rewards are available to Doctors joining between 01/07/2016 12:00am (AEST) and 31/12/2016 11:59pm (AEST).

Join LML Medical Recruitment and when you work 6 shifts you will receive 5,000 HCA Rewards point.

  • Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
  • Offer available to new and rejoining Doctors (that have not worked for LML Medical Recruitment for over 2 years)
  • The reward is offered once you work 6 shifts with LML Medical Recruitment within 3 months of joining/rejoining
  • All rewards are at the discretion of LML Medical Recruitment/HCA.
  • Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion.

Allied Joining Bonus

Bonus rewards are available to Allied Health Professionals joining between 01/07/2016 12:00am (AEST) and 31/12/2016 11:59pm (AEST).

Joining Bonus of 10,000 HCA Rewards points available to Allied Health workers who meet the following criteria:

Locum

  • Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
  • Work 8 weeks of Locum placements within the first 12 months of joining
  • Locum placements can take place at one or multiple facilities to be eligible for Joining Bonus
  • Can only be claimed once within a 12 month period
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion.
  • Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion.

Permanent

  • Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
  • Take on a Permanent placement through Allied Health recruitment
  • Joining Bonus will be provided once the individual passes 3 months of working in their role
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion.
  • Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion.

R&R NSW Placement Bonus

$1,000 Bonus for all NSW Rural and Remote placements

  • Promotion period between 12:00am 01/07/2016 and 11:59pm 31/12/2016
  • Must begin a 6+ week rural and remote placement before the end of the promotion period to be eligible
  • Promotion can only be redeemed once per candidate during the competition period
  • Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the joining bonus.
  • All rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion.
  • Normal PAYG tax applies to the bonus.
  • Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion.

Rural and Remote 50% Training Reimbursement

Registered Nurses that work a +6 week Rural and Remote contract with HCA have access to a 50% reimbursement on applicable training and education, up to the value of $500 per calendar year.

  •  50% offer redeemable at successful completion of a minimum 6 week Rural & Remote contract
  • Reimbursement only payable upon presentation of tax invoice receipt and certificate
  • Reimbursement up to the value of $500 per Nurse per calendar year.
  • Offer redeemable on courses running between 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2017
  • Offer not valid for Defence Health Employees
  • Candidates must be active and working with HCA to claim reimbursement.
  • Please remember tax and super-legislative requirements apply.
  • All payments are at the discretion of HCA.
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion.

Information on Training Courses:

 Examples of eligible courses: Understanding Vaccines and the National Immunisation Program (SA Course), MEC (Midwifery Emergency Course), REC (Remote Emergency Course), ALS (Advanced Life Support) and Pharmaco Therapeutics

Rural and Remote Christmas Gift

Registered Nurses that work are working a Rural and Remote contract between 25th – 31st December will receive a $150 Visa Gift Card.

  •  Your Rural and Remote contract must begin prior to 25th December and end after 31st December, 2016.
  • Offer not valid for Defence Health Employees
  • Candidates must be active and working with HCA to receive a gift card.
  • Please remember tax and super-legislative requirements apply.
  • All payments are at the discretion of HCA.
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion.

Nurses will be notified during the week of 25th – 31st December that they will be receiving a gift card. Your gift card will be posted the following week to your home address.

 

Community Care Mystery Shift

Every Community Care shift worked between the 1st December and 22nd December 2016, has the chance to win one of three HCA Rewards points prizes.

  • First prize = 50,000 HCA Rewards points, Second prize = 25,000 HCA Rewards points, Third prize = 10,000 HCA Rewards points
  • Prizes will be drawn randomly in sequence from first to third prize.
  • An employee can only win one prize
  • Points will be distributed in the week following the competition end date.
