National Agency Refer a Friend

National Refer a Friend Program

Do you know someone looking to take on a Nursing role? Refer a friend and you both can receive 250 CA$H4HOUR$ pts and accelerate your journey to 500 CA$H4HOUR$ pts = $500 cash.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The ‘National Nursing Refer a Friend’ program runs from 1st Feb 2019 – 31st Dec 2019
  • The referred candidate must be a new candidate who is an Agency Registered Nurse, Midwife and Enrolled Nurse who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for Healthcare Australia or any of its associated brands
  • Eligibility by staff with the following classifications: –
    • QLD – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s & AT’s
    • VIC – RN’s, RM’s & EN’s
    • NSW – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s, EEN’s & AT
    • WA – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s, EEN’s & AT
    • SA – RN’s, RM’s & EN’s
  • Both the referrer and referee are eligible to participate in the ‘National Refer a Friend Program’ in accordance with the terms and conditions below:
  • The referrer must be currently working with us to be eligible to receive the referral CA$H4HOUR$ pts
  • The referee mentions your name at the interview for our record-keeping purposes and validity of the referral or the referrer is introduced via our website. Later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
  • The reward is offered to both referee and referrer once the referred candidate works 10 shifts within 3 months of starting work with HCA
  • The referrer and referee must notify their consultant once the referee works 10 shifts within 3 months, so we can allocate the 250 CA$h4HOUR$ pts
  • To be able to cash out, the referrer and referee must achieve 500 CA$H4HOUR$ points. Note, the referrer and referee can achieve 500 points threshold independently. Click here to find out about CA$H4HOUR$
  • All shifts must be worked in the same state
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers (excluding Free Flight)
  • Defence and Rural & Remote Healthcare Workers are not eligible for this promotion
  • HCA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 Terms and conditions:

  • The referred candidate must be a new candidate, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for HCA Allied Health
  • The referred candidate must mention your name at their interview for our record keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
  • The reward is offered once your referred candidate works for more than 8 weeks with HCA within 12 months
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA Allied Health
  • Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion.

Do you know a Nurse, Midwife or Health Information Manager who is looking for a full-time role in Australia? Let us know and you could receive a $500 Gift Card when the referred candidate starts working with us!

Terms and conditions:

  • The Refer a Full-time Nurse or Midwife campaign will run from 12:00 AM 29/08/2017 and 31/12/2019 11:59pm (AEST).
  • The referred candidate must be a new candidate, eligible to work as a Nurse, Midwife, Health Information Manager, who hasn’t been previously introduced to or worked for Healthcare Australia or any of its associated brands
  • The referred candidate must mention your name at their interview for our record keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
  • You will receive a $500 Gift Card, once your referred candidate is placed into a permanent role and commences work successfully for 13 weeks or more

Joining Bonuses

Allied Joining Bonus

Bonus rewards are available to Allied Health Professionals joining between 01/02/2018 12:00am (AEST) and 31/12/2019 11:59pm (AEST).

Joining Bonus of $500 available to Allied Health workers who meet the following criteria:

Locum

  • Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
  • Work 8 weeks of Locum placements within the first 12 months of joining
  • Locum placements can take place at one or multiple facilities to be eligible for Joining Bonus
  • Can only be claimed once within a 12 month period
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion
  • Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion.

Permanent

  • Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
  • Take on a Permanent placement through Allied Health recruitment
  • Joining Bonus will be provided once the individual passes 3 months probation period
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion
  • Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion.

 

$300 Cairns Joining Bonus – Ramsay

To celebrate our new preferred partnership with Ramsay Health Care, we’re gifting you a $300 Joining Bonus.

Rewards are available to Nurses and Midwives joining before 21/12/2018 12:00am AEST

Joining Bonus of $300 available to Nurses and Midwives who do a 10 Ramsay shifts in the Cairns Facility before 28/02/2019 12.00am AEST and meet the following criteria:

  • This offer is available only to:
    • RN’s, RM’s, EN’s & AT’s
  • You must work at least 10 Ramsay shifts in Cairns before 28/02/2019 12.00am AEST
  • Shifts must be worked in the Ramsay facility in Cairns, QLD
  • It is up to the candidate to let the consultants know that you have completed 10 Ramsay shifts to redeem the bonus.

Ramsay $300 Re-join Bonus

To celebrate our new preferred partnership with Ramsay Health Care, we’re gifting you a $300 Re-join Bonus.

Bonus rewards are available to Nurses and Midwives re-joining between 23/01/2019 12:00am (AEST) and 31/03/2019 11:59pm (AEST).

Re-joining Bonus of $300 available to Nurses and Midwives who do a single Ramsay shift and meet the following criteria:

  • This offer is available only to:
    • NSW – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s, EEN’s
    • QLD – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s & AT’s
    • WA – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s
  • You must work at least 1 Ramsay shift before 31/03/2019
  • Shifts can take place at one or multiple Ramsay facilities to be eligible for Re-joining Bonus
  • Shifts must be worked in Ramsay facilities in NSW, QLD & WA
  • It is up to the candidate to let the consultants know that they have completed a Ramsay shift to redeem
  • All submissions must be made in writing to the relevant state:
  • Bonus must be claimed before 15/04/2019 11:59pm (AEST)
  • Bonus will be paid in the pay run
  • Please remember that tax and super legislative requirements apply
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers

$250 Aged Care Joining Bonus (Queensland)

A $250 joining bonus is available to Nurses who join Healthcare Australia and complete a total of 5 shifts over an 8 week period in a Queensland aged care facility. The shifts must be worked before 30/06/2019..

To be eligible for the bonus, the following criteria also apply:

  • This bonus is only available to RNs
  • This bonus is only available to candidates who have not previously joined or worked for Healthcare Australia.
  • You must work at least 5 shifts in an aged care facility over an 8 week period
  • Bonus offer expires 30/06/2019 and shifts must be worked by this date to be eligible
  • Shifts must be worked in Queensland
  • It is up to the candidate to let the consultants know that you have completed the 5 shifts to redeem the bonus.
  • Bonus will be paid in the next pay run
  • Please remember that tax and super legislative requirements apply
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers

$500 re-join bonus (Victoria)

A $500 joining bonus is available to Nurses who join Healthcare Australia and complete a total of 10 shifts over 3 month period in Victoria if they re-join in the month of March 2019.

  • This bonus is only available to RNs, RMs, & ENs ASEPS VIC – All RNs & Theatre Technicians
  • This offer is only available to candidates who previously worked with HCA
  • To claim the bonus the candidate must work 10 shifts within 3 months once rejoined
  • Only available to candidates who have not worked a shift with HCA in 3 months or more
  • Must re-join by 11.59pm (AEST) 31st of March
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
  • All bonus rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • Shifts must be worked in Victoria
  • It is up to the candidate to let the consultants know that you have completed the 10 shifts to redeem the bonus
  • Bonus will be paid in the next pay run

Promotions

NSW/VIC/QLD/SA Healthcare Australia – Flights Giveaway Competition

To celebrate International Midwives/Nurses Day, we are giving away flights to your Australian destination of choice. This offer is available only to Registered Midwives, Registered and Enrolled Nurses.

  • One winner from each state will be selected at the end of the competition
  • 1 Prize Per Person – You cannot win two competitions

Healthcare Australia’s CA$H4HOUR$ is an exciting rewards program where you can earn points and cash out when you reach 500 points. 1pt equals $1 so the more hours you work with us, the more quickly you’ll be able to cash out!

  • The incentive program in QLD, VIC, WA & SA runs from Mon 2nd July 2018 at 12:00 am to Tuesday 31st December 11.59am AEST 2019
  • The incentive program in NSW runs from Mon 9th July 2018 at 12:00 am to Tuesday 31st December 11.59am AEST 2019. This will replace the ‘Nurse & Earn’ (Public Top Up) promotion

To celebrate our new partnership with Healthscope, we’re gifting you $500 CA$H4HOUR$ pts = $500 when you refer a friend to the new Northern Beaches Hospital. The referred candidate must take on a full-time, 6-month fixed-term role, or part-time role (2 days a week minimum).

$500 CA$H4HOUR$ pts are available to Nurses and Midwives actively working with HCA who refer a friend by Sunday 7th of July 11.59pm AEST

  • This offer is available only referred candidates who are:
    • RN’s, RM’s, EN’s
  • Any active nurse or midwife at HCA can refer a candidate
  • Please remember that tax and super legislative requirements apply
  • The referrer must be currently working with us to be eligible to receive the referral of $500 CA$H4HOUR$ pts
  • The referred candidate must take on a full-time role, 6-month fixed term contract or part-time work (2 days a week minimum)
  • The referrer will receive the $500 CA$H4HOUR$ pts = $500 in their HCA pay run. The referrer must notify their consultant to receive the bonus when the referred candidate passes 3-month probation.
  • The referred candidate must be a new employee to the Northern Beaches Hospital and not previously worked there at full-time, contract or part-time capacity.
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other HCA or Healthscope offers
  • All bonus rewards are at the discretion of HCA and Healthscope
  • HCA reserves the right to extend, change or end this promotion without prior notice

WIN with HCA – Another day in SA

  • This offer is only available to Active Nursing and Care staff in SA
  • If your photo is selected and uploaded on the HCA SA Instagram page in the month of June you will automatically go in the draw for the prize
  • One winner will be selected at random at the end of the competition 30/06/2019. Winner will be announced in the week following
  • If the winner does not get back to us within 48 hours, we have the right to choose another winner
  • The competition will run from 01/06/2019 to 30/06/2019
  • All prizes are at the discretion of HCA
