National Agency Refer a Friend

National Refer a Friend Program

Do you know someone looking to take on a Nursing role? Refer a friend and you both can receive 250 CA$H4HOUR$ pts and accelerate your journey to 500 CA$H4HOUR$ pts = $500 cash.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The ‘National Nursing Refer a Friend’ program runs from 1st Feb 2019 – 31st Dec 2019
  • The referred candidate must be a new candidate who is an Agency Registered Nurse, Midwife and Enrolled Nurse who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for Healthcare Australia or any of its associated brands
  • Eligibility by staff with the following classifications: –
    • QLD – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s & AT’s
    • VIC – RN’s, RM’s & EN’s
    • NSW – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s, EEN’s & AT
    • WA – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s, EEN’s & AT
    • SA – RN’s, RM’s & EN’s
  • Both the referrer and referee are eligible to participate in the ‘National Refer a Friend Program’ in accordance with the terms and conditions below:
  • The referrer must be currently working with us to be eligible to receive the referral CA$H4HOUR$ pts
  • The referee mentions your name at the interview for our record-keeping purposes and validity of the referral or the referrer is introduced via our website. Later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
  • The reward is offered to both referee and referrer once the referred candidate works 10 shifts within 3 months of starting work with HCA
  • The referrer and referee must notify their consultant once the referee works 10 shifts within 3 months, so we can allocate the 250 CA$h4HOUR$ pts
  • To be able to cash out, the referrer and referee must achieve 500 CA$H4HOUR$ points. Note, the referrer and referee can achieve 500 points threshold independently. Click here to find out about CA$H4HOUR$
  • All shifts must be worked in the same state
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers (excluding Free Flight)
  • Defence and Rural & Remote Healthcare Workers are not eligible for this promotion
  • HCA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 Terms and conditions:

 Terms and conditions:

  • The referred candidate must be a new candidate, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for HCA Allied Health
  • The referred candidate must mention your name at their interview for our record keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
  • The reward is offered once your referred candidate works for more than 8 weeks with HCA within 12 months
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA Allied Health
  • Defence Health employees not eligible for this promotion.

Refer a Full-time Nurse, Midwife or Health Information Manager – All Australia 

Do you know a Nurse, Midwife or Health Information Manager who is looking for a full-time role in Australia? Let us know and you could receive a $500 Gift Card when the referred candidate starts working with us!

Terms and conditions:

  • The Refer a Full-time Nurse or Midwife campaign will run from 12:00 AM 29/08/2017 and 31/12/2019 11:59pm (AEST).
  • The referred candidate must be a new candidate, eligible to work as a Nurse, Midwife, Health Information Manager, who hasn’t been previously introduced to or worked for Healthcare Australia or any of its associated brands
  • The referred candidate must mention your name at their interview for our record keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
  • You will receive a $500 Gift Card, once your referred candidate is placed into a permanent role and commences work successfully for 13 weeks or more
  • Work must be in NSW, QLD, WA, VIC, SA, NT. Excludes CSSD Technicians, Anaesthetic Technicians, AINs and Support Workers
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • Defence Health and Rural and Remote Contract employees are not eligible for this promotion.
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion

Joining Bonuses

Allied Joining Bonus

Bonus rewards are available to Allied Health Professionals joining between 01/02/2018 12:00am (AEST) and 31/12/2019 11:59pm (AEST).

Joining Bonus of $500 available to Allied Health workers who meet the following criteria:

Locum

  • Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
  • Work 8 weeks of Locum placements within the first 12 months of joining
  • Locum placements can take place at one or multiple facilities to be eligible for Joining Bonus
  • Can only be claimed once within a 12 month period
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion

Permanent

  • Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
  • Take on a Permanent placement through Allied Health recruitment
  • Joining Bonus will be provided once the individual passes 3 months probation period
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion

 

 

Promotions

CA$H4HOUR$ Rewards Program

Healthcare Australia’s CA$H4HOUR$ is an exciting rewards program where you can earn points and cash out when you reach 500 points. 1pt equals $1 so the more hours you work with us, the more quickly you’ll be able to cash out!

  • The incentive program in QLD, VIC, WA & SA runs from Mon 2nd July 2018 at 12:00 am to Tuesday 31st December 11.59am AEST 2019
  • The incentive program in NSW runs from Mon 9th July 2018 at 12:00 am to Tuesday 31st December 11.59am AEST 2019. This will replace the ‘Nurse & Earn’ (Public Top Up) promotion
  • Excludes Rural & Remote and Defence employees
  • Eligibility by staff with the following classifications: –
    • QLD – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s & AT’s
    • VIC – RN’s, RM’s & EN’s
    • NSW – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s, EEN’s & AT
    • WA – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s, EEN’s & AT
    • SA – RN’s, RM’s & EN’s
  • Points will be rewarded when you work in public hospitals, (Public Payrolled Facilities in NSW), private hospitals & aged care facilities
  • You may only accrue points once your timesheets have been submitted.
  • You may cash in your bonus anytime within the specified timeframe once a minimum of 500 points has been accrued
  • Points accrued will expire when a candidate is deactivated.
  • All hours must be worked in the same state
  • Candidate must be active and be working to claim CA$H4HOUR$
  • It is up to the candidate to let the consultants know that they have reached their 500 hours
  • All submissions must be made in writing to the relevant state:
  • Please remember that tax and super legislative requirements apply
  • All payments are at the discretion of HCA
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers (excluding Free Flight)
  • HCA reserves the right to extend, change or end this promotion without prior notice.

 

Community Care Unsung Heroes Rewards Program
(NSW, VIC, QLD and SA)

The Unsung Heroes Rewards Program has been created to provide a small token of our appreciation as well as to acknowledge our support workers who go above and beyond. As of July 1, 2019, the two Rewards campaigns are: the Monthly Appreciation and the Employee of the Month reward.

  • Up to 20 winners a month can win the Monthly appreciation Reward prize
  • 4 prizes will be given away, each month, nationally in the Employee of the Month reward
  • 1 winner per state (NSW, VIC, QLD and SA).
  • Max. of 1 prize per person per month – You cannot win two rewards within a month-month period
  • The program will run from 01/07/2019 until advised by HCA.
  • Prizes valued at $20, $150 or $250 depending on the reward
  • All prizes are at the discretion of HCA
  • This program cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
  • HCA reserves the right to extend, change or end this promotion without prior notice
  • All information collected becomes the IP of HCA and will be used in accordance to HCA’s policies and procedures
  • This program is exclusively for HCA Care and HCA Home support workers in NSW, VIC, QLD and SA.

 

Healthscope and HCA $3,000 Sea Change Bonus

To celebrate our new partnership with Healthscope, we’re gifting you a $3,000 Sea Change Bonus when you take on a full-time role at the new Northern Beaches Hospital.

$3,000 Re-location incentive is available to Nurses and Midwives starting before Saturday 31st of July 11.59pm AEST.

Joining Bonus of $3,000 available to Nurses and Midwives who are located out of Sydney region (list of suburbs in Sydney not included in the promotion)

  • This offer is available only to:
    • RN’s, RM’s, EN’s
  • Please remember that tax and super legislative requirements apply
  • You must take on a full-time role to be eligible
  • You will receive the $3,000 bonus in your first pay run (paid fortnightly) from Northern Beaches Hospital
  • If you have worked in an agency capacity with HCA at the Northern Beaches, you can still take up the $3,000 Sea Change offer
  • You must be a new full-time employee to the Northern Beaches Hospital and not previously worked there
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other HCA or Healthscope offers
  • All bonus rewards are at the discretion of HCA and Healthscope
  • HCA reserves the right to extend, change or end this promotion without prior notice

 

WA AIN Voucher

Here at HCA, we love rewarding our AIN’s. So, if you work in 10 public Hospital shifts in August or September you will receive a $25 Voucher. But If you work 20 shifts In August or September you will receive a $100 Voucher!!

How does this work?
✓ Complete 10 or 20 Public Shifts in August to receive – 10 Shifts = $25, 20 Shifts = $100 and/or;
✓ Complete 10 or 20 Public Shifts in September to receive – 10 Shifts = $25, 20 Shifts = $100

So this gives you the chance to earn an extra $200 over the next two months just for doing what your already doing!!

Terms and conditions:
• Must be employed by HCA WA between 1st August and 30th September 2019.
• Must work a minimum of:
– 10 shifts within the specified dates or;
– 20 shifts within the specified dates
– Shifts cannot be spread over the 2 months.
• Maximum $200 per person
• Metropolitan Public Hospital shifts eligible only
• Eligible entrants must be residing in WA and be active employees of WANA at the time of competition end
• Voucher cannot be used with any other offer
