The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a innovative new way of funding disability services and supports in Australia. The NDIS will also provide ongoing financial support for the estimated 460,000 Australians with significant and permanent disability.
HCA Home & Community adopts a person centred approach in service delivery and works closely with our Participants to identify, develop and achieve their personal goals. Each person’s goals are different, so our dedicated team work side by side with our Participants, their family and advocates in a collaborative approach to seek out and deliver best possible outcomes for an inclusive and fulfilling lifestyle.
The NDIS is not available everywhere, yet. The scheme has been rolled out in stages, because it’s a big change and it needs to be right and sustainable for everyone. For more information on the scheme, please see our FAQs page. If you currently hold funding through a state government service or through another provider, contact us now to start your journey with HCA Home & Community!
