Registered & Enrolled Nurses, Midwives and Carers who work a +6 week Rural & Remote placement with HCA have access to a capped reimbursement on applicable training and education courses per calendar year.
Examples of eligible courses: HCA Mandatory competencies; Understanding Vaccines and the National Immunisation Program (SA Course); MEC (Midwifery Emergency Course); REC (Remote Emergency Course); ALS (Advanced Life Support); Pharmacotherapeutics / Carers Medication Administration training or any course which is deemed to be applicable by HCA to your role as an R&R candidate.
