Healthcare Australia (HCA) announces the acquisition of Positive Rehab which further boosts their expansion into direct Healthcare across verticals such as Allied, Corporate Health, NDIS, Homecare and Aged Care.

Positive Rehab based out of South Australia, also operates in Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia, primarily servicing Residential Aged Care facilities offering physiotherapy, pain management, occupational therapy, other allied health services and community care.

This follows HCA’s allied health acquisitions of Revita and Wellness and Lifestyles. Now with a national workforce of over 700 allied health professionals, HCA are poised to deploy additional healthcare professionals into Hospitals, Rehab and Aged Care facilities. As well as supporting the growing demand for one-to-one services in home care and NDIS markets.

The businesses have significant synergies realised from a similar operating model, client base, its workforce and most importantly, cultural and clinical compliance alignment.

“The integration of HCA’s existing Allied workforce, Revita, W&L and now Positive Rehab cements HCA as the market leader, that offers national scale with Australia’s largest mobile therapist workforce.”

With HCA’s scale and national presence, we can add tremendous value to Revita, W&L and Positive Rehab in their national expansion and further growth. HCA is a well-oiled machine in healthcare workforce management which can help to enhance and generate greater volumes in our Allied workforce.” said Jason Cartwright, CEO of HCA.

Positive Rehab was founded and managed by clinicians who hold client service, workforce engagement, and their stringent clinical compliance standards in high regards.
